Terms of Service

Welcome to threeDE. By accessing our website at devspire.online or engaging any of our services — including 3D modeling, CGI rendering, AR/VR solutions, web development, app development, and SEO — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
 
  • 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or hiring threeDE for any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

  • 2. Services Offered

threeDE provides the following professional digital services:

  • 3D Product Modeling — hyper-realistic 3D models for e-commerce, marketing, and product visualization.
  • CGI Rendering & Animation — cinematic quality renders and animated content for campaigns and media.
  • AR/VR & Virtual Try-On — immersive augmented and virtual reality experiences for brands and retail.
  • 3D CAD Services — precision engineering and manufacturing-grade CAD modeling.
  • 2D/4D/5D Visualization — multi-dimensional project visualization across industries.
  • Web Development — modern, high-performance websites and web applications.
  • App Development — native and cross-platform mobile applications.
  • SEO Services — data-driven search engine optimization strategies.

The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon separately through a project brief or formal contract.

  • 3. Payments & Billing

All pricing is agreed upon before project commencement. The following payment terms apply:

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins on any project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery.
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may attract a late fee or result in project suspension.
  • threeDE reserves the right to revise pricing for new projects or scope changes at any time.
  • 4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project brief. Additional revisions or changes to the original scope may incur extra charges. threeDE will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

  • 5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. However:

  • threeDE retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and across social media for promotional purposes — unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
  • All underlying tools, processes, proprietary techniques, and software used by threeDE remain the exclusive property of threeDE.
  • Source files, working files, or raw project assets are only transferred if specifically agreed upon and may be subject to additional fees.
  • Any third-party assets (stock elements, fonts, plugins) used in a project are subject to their respective license terms.
  • 6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely project briefs, reference materials, and feedback.
  • Ensuring that any content, logos, images, or assets provided to threeDE are owned by the client or properly licensed for use.
  • Responding to communications and approval requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery timelines without penalty to threeDE.
  • 7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using threeDE's services to create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell threeDE's proprietary processes or deliverables without authorization.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information to obtain services.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of our website or servers.
  • 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, threeDE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

  • 9. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In the event of cancellation:

  • The client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless threeDE is unable to commence the project.
  • threeDE reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these Terms or engages in abusive or unethical conduct.
  • 10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.

  • 11. Changes to These Terms

threeDE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
